We recommend bringing your computer into the Workshop if the problem is a Hardware issue, Virus /malware infection, Data transfer, Hardware or Software upgrades. As these repairs can take a long time it will be more cost effective for our customers if these repairs were done in-house rather than onsite.

New Computer Setup
Have you purchased a new computer and need help setting up? Our computer setup includes first time setup / installation of Windows, installation of Windows updates, software installation, Internet security installation and email setup. We can also transfer your data from your old computer to the new computer.
PC & Notebook Repairs
We repair a range of PC and notebook brands, such as Toshiba, HP, Dell, Acer and others. We only use genuine parts, as recommended by the manufacturer, to ensure quality and also ensure that they come with a manufacturer’s warranty. We do not use aftermarket or generic brands
NOTE: We are not an authorized Apple repair agent, so unfortunately we cannot perform hardware repairs on Apple products.
Virus & Spyware Removal
Viruses and spyware can slow your computer down and in some cases bring it to a halt. Not only are they annoying with pop ups and alerts, they can be malicious too. If you are having problems with viruses and malware, do not fear, we will remove them for you and make sure your computer is optimized to perform as it should.
Pricing
Workshop Rate: $137.50 per hour, minimum 1 hour then charged 15 minute increments thereafter.
Data transfers, OS & Application Re-installs, Data Recovery, Upgrades and Repairs, Spyware & Virus Cleanups.
Insurance Reports: $176 Reports
For the purposes of insurance claims. Payment must be paid in full prior to any work being carried out
