Rates

• Instant Support – Remote Guru: $23.50 (6 min blocks)
  (Remote Desktop, Telephone and Email Support)
  
• We come to you – Onsite Guru: $170 per hour (1hr min)
• You come to us – Workshop Guru: $150 per hour (1hr min)

Yes! – we can attend onsite Same Day: Additional $75
Yes! – we can attend to your emergency onsite within 2 working hours: Additional $150
Yes! – we can attend to your needs afterhours:
Standard Rate x 1.5 – Weekdays 5pm – 8pm & Saturday 8:30am – 5pm
Standard Rate x 2 – All other hours

Please note:

1. All prices are listed exclusive of GST
2. Remote Support is charge in 6 minute increments or part thereof.
3. Onsite Labour is charged as a minimum 1 hour and then 30 min increments or part thereof.
4. No Call-out Fee for Next Day Bookings!
5. Where a Customer is more than 20km from the Perth GPO, a minimum 2 hour call out applies.
6. A valid credit card number must be supplied at the time of booking.
7. Whilst we are able to provide residential support, priority will be given to business clients.

Block Hours

If you’ve got a large project coming up – or you just want to reduce the amount of invoices generated, consider purchasing a block of hours that you can draw down on.  You can purchase any amount of hours (over 20) at a discounted rate of $145ex per hour.

It’s even cheaper for GuruCare Clients – block hour rates can drop to as low as $125ex per hour!
